Privacy and your contact choices
David D. McElroy Real Estate uses information you submit to respond to your FSBO request, understand your property, arrange a consultation, and prepare the requested information.
What we collect
We collect the contact and property details you enter, your message, your separate call and text choices, the consent wording version, and submission timing. Our website and service providers may also collect technical request details needed to process and protect the form.
Follow-up
Submitting the form authorizes an email response about your request. Calls, including calls from Sarah, an AI voice assistant, depend on your optional call consent. Text messages depend on your separate optional text consent. Neither choice is required to request the review.
Service providers
We use website hosting, email, recordkeeping, customer relationship management, and voice-assistant providers to process the request. We do not sell your submitted contact information or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
Change your preferences
Ask us to stop by emailing info@relistdfw.com or calling 817-966-9495. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.
